Megan Wagstaff
Megan Wagstaff (BATD Full Member) started dancing at Cumbrae at the age of seven. She studied a wide range of dance styles including tap, jazz, Irish, lyrical, modern, theatre, and ballet. She also went on to study ballroom and latin dancing, competing across the country.
Megan attended the American Theatre Dance Workshop in New York and was also one of the original “Cumbrae Dancers” to perform throughout the city for various events. She began teaching at the studio in 2006.

Megan is a current member of the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (BATD,) and holds her teacher’s certification with the BATD in tap, jazz, and modern. She also completed her Advanced 1 Ballet with the Royal Academy of Dancing (RAD).

Megan holds two masters degrees; one in Forensic Psychology & the other in Counselling Psychology. She is an associate therapist at Brown Counselling, and formerly worked as a research analyst in the corrections research unit of Public Safety Canada.
