The Cumbrae School of Dancing

Emma (B.A.T.D Associate Member / RAD Student Member) has been with the Cumbrae School of Dancing since age seven.  As a student, she studied numerous styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, and contemporary. Emma completed her Advanced jazz certificate from the British Association of Teachers of Dancing with honours.

 

Emma has participated in a variety of events while a student at Cumbrae. She has performed with the school at the charity event Dancers Give Back for the past 5 years. She was also a nominee at the North American Trixie Hardy Theatre Dance scholarships in the year 2018. 

 

Emma recently graduated from Carleton University.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours with High Distinction in Psychology, with a concentration in Developmental Psychology.  She will be attending teacher's college in the fall.
